There are 3 individual casitas plus an apartment around a central courtyard, BBQ area and pool.
These casitas are ideal for persons needing affordable daily, weekly, or monthly housing while on vacation, sabbatical, or buying / building in Loreto or nearby. We offer the security of gates accessible to guests with a code, which is changed weekly. Loreto is not experiencing the drug wars commonly heard about on on American TV.
Our casitas are fully furnished with remote controlled air conditioner, 2 ceiling fans, DVD or VCR, CD player, clock, full private bath/shower,hairdryer, kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, built in microwave, water cooler, toaster, blender, dishes, cookware, and coffee maker. Linens and Pool towels in room. Each air-conditioned casita has one queen or king size bed with linens and will accomodate 1 to 2 persons. Maid service included. 2010 Rates:
Rate 70.00 /night, 2 night min $ 1,200 -1500 USD per month.,

Large, airy apartment on the ground floor of the main casa.
Featuring 14 foot high walls, remote controlled air conditioning, full bath with shower, hairdryer, 2 queen beds , DVD/VCR, kitchenette with fridge, ice machine , toaster, blender, coffeemaker. See pics below- please note queen beds are in the same living space- there is NO separate bedroom- perfect for two friends needing separate beds but do not mind sharing a large room! Rate- $ 680 USD- per week for 1-3 persons, Not rented by the night- one week minimum.
